2. Yonggeumok (용금옥)
If you’re after something traditional and comforting, Yonggeumok is the place to be. Established in 1932, this spot is a legend in Seoul for its hwangtae haejangguk(dried pollock soup), which is the ultimate hangover cure.

Many times, I have seen a lot of locals, grab some food and eat outside while listening to the performers making a full activity of it!
Most performances start around sunset and continue late into the evening, especially on weekends.

Hongdae’s art scene is something that will inspire any creative soul. Quirky art galleries and exhibitions pop up throughout the area, showcasing local artists and experimental works.
