Okay. If 3 days was a glow-up trip, this 5 Day Seoul K Beauty Itinerary is a full transformation.
This is for the girl who doesn’t just want a facial and some shopping.
This is for the girl who wants:
• Skin reset
• Clinic treatments
• Brows and lashes
• Hair transformation
• Cultural balance
• And time to actually recover
I live in Seoul. I’ve visited over ten times before moving. I’ve tested jjimjilbang scrubs, scalp spas, lip blush, lasers, microneedling, and yes, I’ve made mistakes so you don’t have to.
This 5-day Seoul K-beauty itinerary is structured intentionally.
Not chaotic.
Not five treatments stacked back-to-back.
Not “why is my face swollen on day two?”
We’re doing this properly based on my experiences and places I have actually been to!

Day 1: Reset Your Body Before You Touch Your Face
You just landed. Your skin is dehydrated. Your body is tight. Your brain is foggy.
We are not going straight to lasers.

Morning or Early Afternoon: Jjimjilbang (2–3 Hours)
Go to a women-only jjimjilbang like Spa Lei or a central co-ed option like Sparex. If you prefer a private option, I mentioned A3 in Myeongdong in my 3 day K-Beauty Seoul itinerary.
I have been to all three. They all have very different vibes.
Spa Lei- nicest and most expensive for a non private location and they have massages available
A3- not a jjimjilbang but you get the experience of the body scrub and they have massage upgrades as well
SPAREX- it is a little outdated but very popular with Koreans, they have massage chairs and massages available
Here’s what you’re doing:
• Korean body scrub
• Hot and cold pools
• Steam rooms
• Lie down and do absolutely nothing
Yes, you’ll be naked.
Yes, it’s intense.
Yes, it’s worth it.
A Korean scrub is aggressive. They exfoliate like they mean it. But you will walk out feeling like you shed an entire layer of travel fatigue.
Why first?
Because your body needs to reset before you start layering treatments.
Don’t skip the classic baked eggs and sweet rice punch (sikhye) it’s part of the tradition. If you still feel unsure, check out this guide to Jjimjilbangs
How to Upgrade your Experience
Book Korean foot reflexology appointment. Most jjimjilbangs have massage services available and some even have massage chairs. Take the time and relax
If you want to land and feel human again within three hours, book your jjimjilbang session here before you fly. Weekend slots fill fast and you can even pre-book your scrub!

Afternoon: Gwangjang Market
After the spa, walk over to Gwangjang Market. It’s about 10–15 minutes depending on your exit. Stop by an ATM on the way to pick up cash for the market.
But here’s the rule:
We are not going feral on spicy Korean food yet.
Get something simple. Here are my go to choices:
• Mayak gimbap
• Bindaetteok
• Kalgusku
This is your first real taste of Seoul without overwhelming your system.
Walk slowly.
Observe.
Don’t rush.
You are landing in the city properly. The market is huge, besides food there is TONS of shopping. I recommend checking your energy levels and decide if you want to just walk around and look or have a mission in mind.
Review the layout of the market ahead of time to get an idea of what you want. I have gotten everything from shoes to even my comforter there. I find a lot of tourists go just for the food, but you are missing out on great finds such as clothing, shoes, household goods, etc.
If the thought of the market overwhelms you, it did for me as well. Do what I did and booked a tour for my first visit. It will give you an overview of the food at least!

Late Afternoon/Early Evening: Cheonggyecheon Stream Walk
After Gwangjang Market, head toward Cheonggyecheon Stream. This is one of my favorite ways to ease into Seoul on Day 1 because it requires zero effort but gives you that cinematic “I’m really here” feeling.
The stream runs through the middle of the city, but once you’re down at water level, it feels surprisingly calm. There are stepping stones across the water, soft lighting, and places to sit if you just want to pause for a minute.
If the sun is still up, walk slowly and let your body adjust. The path is flat and easy, which is perfect after a long flight and a spa session. You’ll pass small waterfalls, murals, and locals just unwinding after work.
If it’s after sunset, the energy changes.
Sometimes there are small light installations or cultural performances depending on the season. During festivals, you might see lantern displays or temporary art along the stream. Even if there isn’t a formal show, the city lights reflecting off the water make it feel special without trying too hard.
This is not a rushed sightseeing moment.
This is where you:
• Adjust to the time difference
• Let your skin settle after the scrub
• Take a few photos without pressure
• Mentally arrive in Seoul
You can walk as little or as far as you want. Even 20 to 30 minutes is enough.
By the time you climb back up to street level, you’ll feel grounded instead of jet-lagged and chaotic.
Evening: Dongdaemun Design Plaza & Comfort Dinner
Once you finish your Cheonggyecheon walk, head toward Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP).
At night, DDP feels completely different than during the day. The curved silver architecture lights up, the LED rose garden (when installed seasonally) glows, and the entire space feels futuristic in a way that only Seoul can pull off.
If there’s a design exhibition or pop-up happening inside, you can wander through. If not, just being outside is enough. Sit on the wide steps. Watch couples taking photos. See students sketching. It feels alive without being overwhelming.
Sometimes there are night markets, fashion pop-ups, or cultural events depending on the season. Even if nothing formal is happening, the atmosphere makes it worth the stop.
You have two solid options nearby:
Option 1: Dakgalbi
Spicy stir-fried chicken with cabbage and rice cakes cooked right at your table. It’s warm, filling, and satisfying after a spa day. If you’re sensitive to spice, ask for mild.
Option 2: Bibimbap
Balanced, comforting, and not too heavy. Easy on your system after travel.
Keep it simple. You do not need a two-hour food crawl tonight.
This is important.
Do not push through jet lag just because you’re excited.
Head back around 9:00 or 9:30 PM. Shower off city dust if you want. Drink water. Maybe apply a simple hydrating toner before bed.
No actives.
No exfoliation.
No experimenting with new products yet.
Day 1 ends with you:
Clean.
Calm.
Grounded.
And ready for skin analysis tomorrow.
Day 2: Skin Analysis and Skincare Shopping
Yesterday was recovery.
Today we figure out what your skin actually needs.
Not what TikTok says.
Not what a sales associate pushes.
Not what your friend bought.
Your skin.
Morning: Olive Young Gangnam Town Skin Analysis (10:30 AM)
We’re choosing Olive Young Gangnam Town on purpose. Yes, Seongsu is trendy.
Yes, it’s aesthetic. Yes, it’s viral.
But here’s the real difference: Seongsu is chaotic to get into. You have to line up before opening, rush upstairs, and hope you get one of the limited daily slots. It can feel competitive.
Gangnam Town is more structured and easier to navigate. It’s still high-quality, still advanced, but less stressful. And if you’re planning clinic treatments in Gangnam later in the week, it makes logistical sense to start here.
Arrive around 10:15–10:20 AM. Head to the analysis area in the basement and book your appointment. They will either see you right away or give you a time to come back.
The scan measures:
• Hydration
• Oil levels
• Pigmentation
• Elasticity
• Pore condition
Take photos of your results. Seriously. You’ll reference them later. The results are also great because they give you recommendations of products to buy at Olive Young for your skin! I still reference my list everytime I go shopping
This becomes your blueprint for Day 3 clinic treatments.
Shopping Time
Now you shop. But here’s the rule:
2 to 3 hero products only.
If hydration is low, grab one serum and one barrier cream. If pigmentation is your issue, pick one brightening product. If oil control is high, adjust accordingly.
You can always come back later in the week.
Do not turn this into a 12-product panic purchase. I have done this too many times and did not end up using half of the products! This is strategic shopping. Best to start with a face wash, serum and moisturizer.
Lunch in Gangnam (Around 1:00 PM)
After your skin analysis at Olive Young Gangnam Town, walk about 5–7 minutes to Gogung Gangnam Branch.
It’s known for traditional Jeonju-style bibimbap, and this is exactly what you want before a color analysis session.
Why here?
• It’s balanced and not overly greasy
• You can control spice levels
• It won’t make you flushed under bright studio lighting
• It’s filling without being heavy
Order the classic bibimbap and mix gently. Add gochujang slowly instead of dumping it in. You want to feel energized, not overheated.
If you’re not in the mood for rice, look for a light kalguksu or gimbap spot nearby. Keep it simple. This is not the day for Korean BBQ smoke and meat sweats.
Eat slowly. Drink water. Reset before your afternoon session.

Afternoon: Personal Color Analysis + Body Shape + Makeup
Now we refine.
I did the Personal Color + Body Shape + Makeup package in Gangnam, and doing this after skin analysis makes everything click.
Here’s what happens:
You sit under standardized smart lighting that mimics natural daylight. This matters because undertones can look completely different in warm indoor lighting.
They test fabric drapes against your face using a PANTONE-based system through their COLORIZE research institute.
They determine:
• Your undertone
• Your seasonal palette
• Best clothing colors
• Best lip tones
• Jewelry tones
• Foundation direction
Then they move into body shape analysis.
It’s about proportions, not judgment. They explain silhouettes that balance your structure and what to avoid when shopping.
Finally, they apply makeup in your correct palette. And this is the moment. When the right lip color goes on, you see it instantly. Bring your makeup bag and they will go through it with you so you know what works and what doesn’t work.
Book your session early. I did the full package, and it completely changed how I shop, what I wear and choose makeup.

Evening: Explore Gangnam
Since you’re already in Gangnam, this is the perfect time to slow the energy down instead of stacking another beauty appointment.
Head to Bongeunsa Temple around sunset and walk the grounds as the light starts to soften. It’s quiet, peaceful, and a completely different pace from the polished storefronts of Gangnam.
If temples aren’t your thing, step into a quiet tea house nearby and sit for a proper break. Or wander through the COEX Starfield Library and just take it in. The scale of it is impressive, but beware its a bit chaotic with all of the people around.
This works because Day 1 was about resetting your body, and Day 2 was about analyzing yourself. You’ve looked at your skin under a scanner. You’ve seen your undertones under studio lighting. You’ve thought about proportions and palettes.
Closing the day with something cultural keeps the trip balanced. You do not want five straight days of mirror time. You want moments where you look outward, not just inward.

Day 3: Skin Clinic Treatments
Day 3 is where your glow-up gets real. You’ve reset your body and analyzed your skin. Now you’re choosing one focused treatment based on actual data, not trends.
Morning: Clinic
Book your appointment for 9:30 or 10:00 AM and block off at least three to four hours. Even a “simple” laser appointment usually includes consultation, photos, possible numbing cream, waiting time, and post-care instructions.
Go in with one clear goal.
If your main concern was dullness or uneven tone, choose:
• Laser toning for brightness and clarity
If texture or pores were the issue, consider:
• Potenza RF microneedling for collagen and smoothing
If hydration and glow were your priority, look into:
• Skin boosters like Rejuran for that glass-skin finish
Pick one primary treatment. You do not need to stack everything in a single visit.
Clinics will suggest add-ons. Some are helpful. Some are unnecessary. Listen, ask questions, and then stick to what you decided after your skin analysis. You are in control.
After your appointment, expect some redness or warmth. This is normal. Today is about recovery, not power sightseeing.

Lunch and Afternoon at a Museum
Head to Insadong for lunch before your museum visit. Tosokchon Samgyetang, known for its nourishing ginseng chicken soup is my recommendation. Yes, it’s famous. Yes, it’s busy. But it’s busy for a reason.
Their ginseng chicken soup is nourishing, not overly salty, and perfect after skin treatments. You can order a half chicken if you’re solo and it still feels like a lot of food.
Warm broth. Tender chicken. Simple sides. It’s the kind of meal that feels restorative.
Then walk to the Seoul Museum of Craft Art.
This museum is genuinely one of the most underrated museums in Seoul. It used to be a girls’ high school before reopening in 2021, and it’s split into multiple buildings. Give yourself 90 minutes to two hours.
You’ll see:
- Joseon dynasty craft work
- Lacquerware and celadon
- Embroidery including the 10 symbols of longevity
- Bojagi wrapping cloths
- History of Confucian rules and symbolism in design
It’s thoughtful. It’s not chaotic. And after a week of beauty appointments, it reminds you that Korean artistry goes far beyond skincare..

Evening: Ikseon-dong Dinner + Hanok Tea House
As the sun begins to set, walk from Insadong into Ikseon-dong. The narrow hanok alleyways glow at night, and the area feels intimate without being overwhelming.
For dinner, reserve a table at Oncheonjip Ikseon.
Each guest receives an individual hot pot, making it ideal for solo travelers. Choose a mild broth and add vegetables, mushrooms, or thinly sliced meat depending on how you’re feeling. After a clinic day, something warm and customizable is far better than smoky BBQ or heavy spice.
Dinner here feels calm and restorative.
Afterward, head to Silladang, a traditional hanok tea house tucked into the neighborhood.
Order a seasonal tea or a traditional five berry tea, and if you’d like something sweet, try juak, a traditional Korean rice donut lightly glazed with syrup. The interior is beautifully decorated with wooden beams and soft lighting, creating a peaceful end to the day.
Day 1 reset your body.
Day 2 focused on analysis.
Day 3 reconnects you with culture.
You don’t want five straight days of treatments and mirrors. You want balance. And this is where your Seoul glow-up starts to feel intentional, not rushed.

Day 4: Nails, Brows, Lashes, Lips
By Day 4 of your 5-day Seoul K-beauty itinerary, your skin has recovered from clinic day, your scalp treatment is behind you, and now it’s time for the details that actually change your face.
Eat a BIG breakfast because after your first appointment your lips will be a bit swollen.
Morning: Brows & Lips
Book a combined semi-permanent brow + lip blush session at a studio in Hongdae that offers both services.
Schedule this for 10:00 AM and block off 3-4 hours here.
Starting early matters because:
- You’ll need time for numbing cream
- Precision work takes patience
- You don’t want to feel rushed
Brows come first. The artist will map your face, measure proportions, and design shape based on your features. This is not freehand guessing. Korean studios are extremely detail-oriented.
Then lip blush.
The color will look stronger immediately after. That is normal. It softens over the next several days into a natural, lived-in tint that makes you look put together even without makeup.
Aftercare reminders:
- No spicy food
- No alcohol
- Use a straw for drinks
- Keep lips moisturized
- Avoid sweating heavily
This is why we are not doing sauna or intense workouts after this day.
When you walk out, your face will already look more balanced and polished.
If you’re going to invest in one long-term beauty treatment in Seoul, make it brows and lip blush.
This is the appointment that changes your face without looking overdone.
The best artists book out quickly, especially for combination sessions, so don’t wait until you land.
Reserve your brow + lip blush appointment here and lock in your glow-up day before spots fill.
Lunch
Around 1:30 PM, head to Salady Hongdae. It’s clean, fast, solo-friendly, and exactly what you need after semi-permanent makeup.
Order:
- A grain bowl with chicken or tofu
- Mild dressing on the side
- No spicy sauce
You want something:
- Not acidic
- Not heavily seasoned
- Easy to eat
- Not messy
This keeps your lips comfortable while they’re still settling.
Order an iced tea or water and drink it through a straw. Most places will give you one if you ask, but carry your own just in case.
Sit by the window, eat slowly, and let the numbing fully wear off.

Afternoon: Lash Lift in Hongdae
Book your lash lift for 4:30 PM at a separate lash studio nearby.
A lash lift is ideal here instead of extensions. It’s lighter maintenance, looks natural, and works perfectly with freshly shaped brows and lip tint.
The appointment takes about 60 minutes.
When you open your eyes afterward, the combination hits.
A lash lift makes a bigger difference than you expect. As a pale girl, it instantly makes me look more awake but honestly, it works for everyone.
It’s low maintenance, saves time every morning, and pulls everything together.
Book your lash lift here.

Late Afternoon: Hongdae Wandering
Now you enjoy it. Spend 1–2 hours walking Hongdae’s side streets.
Browse:
- Indie clothing shops
- Accessory stores
- Keychain and charm walls
- Small designer boutiques
Try things on. Lean into the transformation energy. Hongdae is playful and youthful, and this is the perfect neighborhood for it.
By 7:30–8:00 PM, the area shifts.
Street performers come out. Lights get brighter. The vibe changes.
Dinner: Clean & Comfortable
Since you can’t eat spicy food or drink alcohol after lip blush, choose something warm and safe.
Head to a katsu restaurant in Hongdae and order tonkatsu. It’s filling but not messy. Easy to eat carefully.
Drink water or tea through a straw. You’re protecting your results.
Karaoke (Yes, Even Solo)
Walk into a coin karaoke building and rent a private room for one hour. Hongdae is the best place in Seoul to do this.
You just spent the entire day refining your face. Now you step into a neon-lit room and sing something dramatic.
This is not about being good. It’s about confidence.
There is something wildly empowering about being alone in Seoul, freshly glowed-up, singing at full volume in your own private room.

Day 5: Final Polish & Seoul Main Character Moments
By Day 5 of your 5-day Seoul K-beauty itinerary, everything has settled into place.
Your brows look natural.
Your lip blush has softened into the right tone.
Your lashes make you look awake without makeup.
Today is about enjoying the results and closing the trip intentionally.

Morning: Gyeongbokgung Palace
Start your morning at Gyeongbokgung Palace. Don’t miss the changing of the guard ceremony at 10:00 am.
The early light is flattering, the crowds are lighter, and your glow-up shows up beautifully in natural daylight. This is the moment to see how everything photographs without heavy makeup. Make sure to wear sunscreen!
Walk through the main courtyard, then move toward the mountain-facing back areas for quieter photos. Take your time. This isn’t rushed sightseeing. This is appreciating the work you put in all week.
Plan to spend about 90-120 minutes here.
Lunch: Tongin Market Experience
After your morning at Gyeongbokgung Palace, walk about 15 minutes to Tongin Market for lunch.
This isn’t a sit-down restaurant. It’s an experience. Plan to arrive before 12:00 pm or after 1:30 pm for less crowded times
Head upstairs, exchange cash for traditional brass coins. Then walk through the market and “purchase” small portions of different dishes from participating stalls using the coins. You’ll collect everything into a lunchbox tray and take it to the designated seating area to eat.
Plan to spend about 60 minutes here.
You can choose exactly what you want:
- Japchae
- Pancakes
- Braised tofu
- Mild stir-fried vegetables
- Fish cakes
- Egg rolls
Avoid anything too spicy if your lips are still settling from earlier in the week.
Tongin Market works beautifully for Day 5 because it’s interactive but not rushed. You move slowly. You pick intentionally. You try a little of everything.
This is one of my favorite markets because you can try a little of everything rather than commit to one option!

Afternoon: Scalp Spa & Blowout Finish
Head back to Myeongdong either by bus or subway, to your last appointment either the 15 step or 18 step scalp treatment. Book a session around 2:00/3:00 PM. This is the final polish.
Plan to spend about 60-70 minutes on the hair treatment alone. If you are adding in a hair cut or styling allow for more time.
A proper Korean scalp spa includes:
- Scalp analysis
- Deep cleanse
- Steam treatment
- Massage
- Blow-dry styling
It feels therapeutic and aesthetic at the same time. You leave with glossy, weightless hair that frames your face perfectly.
After brows, lips, and lashes, this ties everything together.
I didn’t realize how much tension I was carrying until I did this. My hair felt lighter, my roots felt cleaner, and I walked out like I’d had a massage and a reset in one.
Book your Seoul scalp treatment here, your head will thank you.
Early Dinner
Walk to Myeongdong Kyoja (new building location). Yes, it’s popular. The line moves fast. And it still hits.
Order the kalguksu and mandu. It’s comforting, warm, and feels like a Seoul classic. There’s something poetic about ending your glow-up week with one of the city’s most iconic meals.
Final Stop: N Seoul Tower Viewpoint
Around 8:30–9:00 PM, take a taxi up to N Seoul Tower.
You don’t even need to go to the top. Just walk around the base. The city lights from up there feel unreal.
It’s quiet enough to think. You’ll stand there with better skin, better hair, and a different kind of confidence than when you landed.
That’s how you end this trip.
Extra Days or Cultural Swap Options
If you have more than 5 days in Seoul or if you want to swap a treatment day for more sightseeing here are options I’ve personally tested and loved:
- Namsan Tower and Namsangol Hanok Village: A great add-on after a light treatment day (like nails or lashes). The tower offers sweeping city views, while the hanok village lets you step inside traditional Korean houses without leaving central Seoul.
- DMZ Day Trip or Suwon Fortress: If you’re fascinated by Korean history, these make excellent swaps for your final day. Just avoid booking them the day after major skin treatments, since both involve long hours outdoors.
- Seoul Forest + Seongsu: One of my favorite low-key days. Seongsu has become the “Brooklyn of Seoul,” with indie cafés, creative boutiques, and plenty of shade. It’s ideal if your skin needs downtime after lasers or injectables.
💡 Dani’s Tip: Always check your treatment aftercare before committing to a day trip. Some require avoiding direct sunlight for several days perfect time to enjoy hanok tea houses or museum visits instead.
Where to Stay in Seoul
Your hotel choice matters not just for comfort, but for convenience. Here’s my breakdown for solo female travelers:
- Myeongdong: Best for first-timers. Central, easy subway access, endless street food, and a paradise for shopping.
- Gangnam: Perfect if you’re focusing on clinics and beauty. Upscale vibe, luxury shops, and endless treatment options.
- Seongsu: A trendier, artsier neighborhood with more space, quieter cafés, and creative boutiques. Great if you want a less touristy base.
💡 I recommend staying close to a subway line that connects easily to both Gangnam and Myeongdong. That way, you can zip between shopping, clinics, and cultural sights without wasting time.

How to Get Around
Seoul’s transportation is one of the easiest things about this trip. The subway is clean, cheap, and safe even at night. Buses are reliable once you get the hang of them.
Grab a T-money card at the airport and load it with credit — it works for subways, buses, and even some taxis. If you’re in a rush or carrying shopping bags, taxis are affordable (though slower in traffic).
💡 Download Naver Map or KakaoMap instead of relying on Google Maps. Trust me, Google isn’t accurate in Korea.

Korean Food to Try Between Appointments
One of the best parts of a Seoul itinerary is the food. But when you’re mixing sightseeing with beauty treatments, what you eat matters more than you’d think. Certain foods are perfect for recovery, while others can interfere with healing (especially after lip blush, brows, or skin treatments).
Eat smart while you glow. After treatments, I stick with lighter meals like gimbap or soup-based dishes that help recovery. I’ve linked my favorite Seoul food tours for the days when you’re treatment-free and ready to eat everything in sight.
- Gimbap: Light, portable, and non-spicy. Perfect for the day after a treatment when you need something gentle but filling.
- Tteokbokki: Deliciously chewy rice cakes in fiery red sauce. Save this for non-treatment days. Spicy foods are a no-go right after lip blush or laser facials (trust me, I once ignored this rule, and my lips were on fire).
- Kimchi Jjigae: A hearty kimchi stew that warms you up after long sightseeing days. But again, the spice level means you’ll want to avoid it until you’re past initial healing.
- Korean BBQ : A must-do in South Korea, but book it for your “low treatment” days. BBQ smoke and heavy seasoning can irritate sensitive skin if you’ve just had a facial or clinic session.
- Markets : Fish cakes, hotteok (sweet pancakes), tornado potatoes, skewers, and more. Go wild on days without strict aftercare rules — it’s fun, messy, and worth the hype.
💡 Dani’s Tip: Always carry a reusable straw in Seoul. After lip blush, you’ll need it to sip drinks without smudging or irritating your lips. And always carry a garbage bag (trash cans are hard to find)

FAQs About a 5-Day Seoul K-Beauty Itinerary
What is a 5-Day Seoul K-Beauty Itinerary?
A 5-Day Seoul K-Beauty Itinerary is a travel plan in South Korea that combines spa days, advanced skin clinic treatments, and beauty experiences with cultural highlights. Think jjimjilbang scrubs, laser facials, brows, lashes, and lip blush balanced with visits to Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, and the Dongdaemun Design Plaza.
Is five days enough for a Seoul itinerary?
Yes, 5 days in Seoul is the perfect amount of time to enjoy both K-beauty treatments and cultural experiences. You’ll have time for a body scrub, professional skin analysis, one or two clinic sessions, shopping in Myeongdong, and sightseeing at UNESCO World Heritage Sites without feeling rushed.
How much does a 5-Day Seoul K-Beauty Itinerary cost?
The cost of a Seoul beauty trip depends on the treatments you choose. Budget-friendly stops like jjimjilbangs and skincare shopping are inexpensive, while advanced medical tourism options such as lasers, Potenza, or Rejuran cost more. For more budget friendly clinic options, expect to spend $800–$1,500 for five days.
When should I schedule clinic treatments during the trip?
Day 3 is ideal.
You want:
Day 1 to reset
Day 2 to analyze your skin
Day 3 for clinic work
Day 4 for detail treatments
Day 5 for scalp + recovery
Spacing treatments properly makes your results better.
What’s the biggest mistake people make on a Seoul beauty trip?
Booking too much.
More treatments does not equal better results.
Strategic treatments > chaotic overbooking.
Your skin needs recovery time.
